These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and EGV SOLUTIONS LLC (doing business as 3PL Integrators), concerning your access to and use of our services at https://www.3plintegrators.com. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
We provide information about technical support, WMS administration, automation, and integration services for warehouses, 3PL companies, and fulfillment centers. Our services are not designed to comply with industry-specific regulations such as HIPAA or FISMA.
EGV SOLUTIONS LLC owns all intellectual property related to our services. Users receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for internal business purposes only. Commercial use requires written permission.
By using our services, you confirm that you have legal capacity, are not a minor, will not use automated access, and will not violate applicable laws.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. All sales are final — no refunds are issued.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, to deny access to our services to any person for any reason.
These terms are governed by New Jersey state law. A 30-day informal negotiation period is required before arbitration. Disputes are resolved under the American Arbitration Association rules. Class action lawsuits are prohibited.
Services are provided on an "as-is and as-available" basis. Liability is capped at the lesser of the amount paid in the prior 6 months or $5,000 USD.
